Terms and Conditions for Kingsley La-Prima Casa Hotel

Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the booking and reservation of Kingsley La-Prima Casa Hotel (the “Accommodation”) at Kingsley La-Prima Casa Hotel (the “Hotel”). By making a booking or reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

Bookings and Reservations

2.1 To make a booking or reservation, you may call the Hotel on +2348058585385 and +234811000033 or email the Hotel at enquries@thekingsley.ng, or book online at www.thekingsley.ng.

2.2 A booking or reservation will be confirmed by the Hotel issuing a confirmation email. The confirmation email will contain details of your booking, including your name, arrival and departure dates, room type, and total cost.

2.3 You must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged for the Accommodation in full at check-in.

 

Rates and Charges

3.1 The rates for Accommodation are subject to change without notice. The rates quoted are inclusive of taxes and service charges.

3.2 The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card for the full amount of your Accommodation upon check-in.

3.3 Any additional charges incurred during your stay, such as for food, drinks, or other services, will be added to your final bill.

 

Cancellation and Amendment

4.1 Cancellation or amendment of a booking must be made by contacting the Hotel by phone or email.

4.2 Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

More than 24 hours before arrival: No charge

24 hours or less before arrival: One night’s Accommodation charge

4.3 The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify your booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or renovations. In such cases, the Hotel will make every effort to contact you and offer you alternative arrangements.

 

Check-in and Check-out

5.1 Check-in time is at 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.

5.2 Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

5.3 Failure to check out by 1:00 PM will result in an additional Accommodation charge.

 

Occupancy

6.1 The maximum occupancy of each room is as follows:

Single room: 1 person

Double room: 2 people

6.2 Additional occupants will be charged an extra person charge.

6.3 The Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to anyone who exceeds the maximum occupancy for a room.

 

Conduct and Behavior

7.1 Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner.

7.2 The Hotel reserves the right to evict any guest who is engaged in disruptive or illegal behavior.

 

Property Damage

8.1 Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the Hotel’s property.

8.2 The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests for any damage to the Hotel’s property.

 

Lost and Found

9.1 The Hotel will make every effort to return lost property to its rightful owner.

9.2 Lost property will be held for a period of 30 days after it is found. After 30 days, the Hotel will dispose of the property.

 

Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Hotel’s liability for any loss or damage suffered by a guest is limited to the amount paid by the guest for the Accommodation.

10.2 The Hotel is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered by a guest.

 

Dispute Resolution

11.1 Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be governed by the law.

11.2 Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be settled
